2010 Ethics Workshop

Online Registration Form

This popular ethics seminar designed for lawyers will be held live in both locations.>  First, the speakers will review the latest ethics developments. Using hypotheticals drawn from actual events, the speakers will concentrate on how to handle problems that you may encounter in your practice.>  Focusing on practical guidance and solutions, the discussion of these ethical quandaries usually leads to a lively discussion among the participants. Here is what two past attendees wrote:

"I've been a public prosecutor for 18 years. I have been going to "prosecutor ethics" programs for numerous years. This is the first time going to a "general ethics program."This was an excellent program.Well worth the time and the price of admission."

"Mike and Barry always provide a very informative and interesting take on legal ethics.>  This year>'s manual was loaded with relevant information and the Socratic interchange during the latter half of the seminar is always stimulating."
