experiment. Its objective is to apply
the insights of game theory, the psychology of decision-making and other work
on strategy to the lawyers’ job of advising clients as to alternative courses
of action. Our text will be Thinking Strategically: The Competitive Edge
in Business, Politics, and Everyday Life, by Avinash K. Dixit & Barry
J. Nalebuff.
assist in leading classroom discussion, (2) read and prepare a written report
on one of the classic books on strategy, and (3) prepare oral and written
presentations on articles and case studies of their own choosing. Enrollment is limited to 12 students.
