This seminar will require students to read ABA Ethics Opinions, Wisconsin Ethics Opinions, and ethics opinions from other states.   A wide variety of topics will be covered so that most of the rules of Professional Responsibility will be addressed. Each student would be required to write at least two ethics opinions. In addition, each student would read and critique all of the opinions written by the other students.
