This Seminar is designed for students who either
have taken or are currently taking Professor Claus’s Equal Employment Law (Law
765).  Students will learn the practical aspects of litigating an
Employment case from its beginning through the use of a mock employment
discrimination problem.  The Pass-Fail option is available for this course.
