- From the entrance to the library, go into the Habush Habush & Rottier Reading Room and take the long stairway (or the glass elevator) down to level 2.
- At the base of the stairs go through the door into the glass stairwell and through the door to your immediate right
- The IIS is at the end of the hallway straight in front of you.
