ABA Defense and Prosecution Function Standards Roundtable

Overview: This one-day roundtable, co-sponsored by the University of Wisconsin Law School, the Institute for Legal Studies, and the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section, is one in a series of invitational, small-group discussions hosted by law schools around the country. The roundtable participants include academics and respected practitioners who will discuss whether pending revisions to the ABA Criminal Justice Standards adequately guide prosecutors and defense lawyers on a number of ethical issues, including lawyers' roles in specialized courts, client confidentiality and disclosure, and the use of deception.

Faculty, Academic Staff, Law Students and Attorneys.
