6th Annual Midwest Family Law Consortium Workshop
April 5-7, 2013 at the Pyle Center

In order to help us plan, please indicate your plans for attending sessions:
I plan to attend all or almost all sessions.
I am a UW faculty or student who would like to attend a session or two between classes.
Please confirm that you wish to reserve any or all of the following meals:

If you are submitting a proposal, please complete the following section. If you are registering but do not plan to submit a proposal, please continue to the bottom of this page to submit your registration.

This section is for submitting a proposal: 

For panel proposals, each presenter must register individually.

Abstract: Please limit to one or two paragraphs.

One-paragraph Biographical Statement: Please limit to about 150 words.
Bio statements will be included with printed conference materials and may be edited for style.

Other Information: If you are part of a proposed panel, please indicate the names of the other panelists and any other information that may be of help to the program planners. Also, please indicate if your proposal should be considered for a "Works in Progress" or a "Thoughts Out Loud" session.

Conference Information:
Program updates, bios and abstracts will be posted on the conference website. The site will also have a password-protected link to the draft papers. The password will be provided to panelists and registered audience participants when papers are posted. 

UW Extension will Collect Registration Fees: Registration Fees will be collected by the UW Extension, which manages the Pyle Center. You will receive an email message from the UW Extension, with an invoice and information about payment options, at a later date.

Hotel Reminder:  Be sure to book your hotel room before the release date. See information posted on the conference website noted above.
