The UW Law School’s Restorative Justice Project was featured on WKOW-TV, Channel 27 in Madison, in a two-part series profiling client Jackie Millar, who forgave the young man who shot her and left her for dead in November 1995. With a 2 percent chance to live, Millar survived, formed a close bond with the now-incarcerated man who almost ended her life, and works with teenagers on a mission to deter future crimes..

Part Two was broadcast on Wednesday, November 4, at 10 p.m. It focused on Millar’s ongoing work talking to teens, and can be viewed here.
