This semester De-Stress Week activities for students stretch out for nearly a month!

Monday, April 7, 5 p.m. –6 p.m.
Yoga. There are a limited number of mats available; feel free to bring your own. Lubar Commons. Yoga RSVP

Wednesday, April 9, 9 a.m.–11 a.m.
Free coffee in the Sidebar Café, while supplies last.

Thursday, April 10, noon-1 p.m.
Meditation. Spend your lunch break doing a little bit of relaxing. Room 3260.

Massages. Sign up ASAP, as the massages will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email from Lauren Devine confirming an appointment time. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Atrium.
