Join the Institute for Legal Studies Nov. 5 at noon in Lubar Commons for an Innovation and Ideas Series lecture, "How to Amend the Constitution Without Anyone Noticing: Treaty Supremacy, Human Rights, and Constitutional Transformation” by Professor David Sloss. Professor Sloss is on faculty at Santa Clara University School of Law. Professor Alexandra Huneeus will host the event.
