On Wednesday, Oct. 28, Sumudu Atapattu will discuss her forthcoming book on human rights approaches to climate change and how the intangible costs of a warming planet—water scarcity, food security, migration, and more—affect us all. She is the director of UW Law School Research Centers and coordinator of the UW-Madison Human Rights Program.

The free public talk will be held at 6:30 p.m. at UW-Madison’s Fluno Center. (A reception at 6 p.m. will precede the talk.)
