A group of UW-Madison resources for entrepreneurs will stage an open house Friday, Sept. 5 from 2 to 4 p.m. at 1403 University Ave. The event will introduce students, faculty, staff and local entrepreneurs to the many resources available to help grow start-up companies.

Attendees will have an opportunity tour the new D2P (Discovery to Product) facility on University Avenue, and talk with representatives from the host organizations, including D2P, Madworks Business Accelerator at Campus, Madworks Business Accelerator at URP (University Research Park), UW Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, Merlin Mentors, Wisconsin School of Business, University Research Park and Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC).

A reception will follow, from 4-5:30 p.m., at Steenbock’s on Orchard, 330 N. Orchard St.
