Professor Stacy Taeuber will discuss Padilla v. Kentucky and the legal framework that governs defense attorney’s advice to non-citizens for pleas in criminal court. She will be joined by Assistant Public Defender Luis Cuevas and Assistant District Attorney Mauricio Cardona. Lunch will be provided.
