(Bloomberg) --Jennifer Rie, a senior litigation analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence and Peter Carstensen, a professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, discuss the 100+ lawsuits that are currently being brought against four major U.S. airlines. A combination of consumers and corporations are suing American, Delta, Southwest, and United Airlines, accusing them of orchestrating a multi-year conspiracy to artificially boost fares by agreeing to limit capacity on their flights. They spoke with Bloomberg Law hosts Michael Best and June Grasso on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Law."
