Join this Institute for Legal Studies panel examining the jurisprudential legacy of Justice Antonin Scalia. Areas of his legal legacy to be discussed include bankruptcy, criminal procedure, elections, religious freedom, privacy and administrative law. The panel will also consider Scalia's approach to constitutional and statutory interpretation, as well as his influence on the international reputation of the United States Supreme Court.

Panelists include Professors Ann Althouse, Alexandra Huneeus, Cecelia Klingele, Megan McDermott, Howard Schweber, Miriam Seifter and Rob Yablon.
Moderated by Professor Linda Greene.
Hosted by Associate Dean Tonya Brito.
