Nina Emerson, director of the Research Center on Impaired Driving at the Law School, was interviewed September 16, 2009, on “At Issue with Ben Merens,”a program of the Ideas Network of Wisconsin Public Radio. With the Wisconsin State Assembly set to vote on a package of reforms for driving-under-the-influence laws, Emerson and Merens discussed the pending legislation.
