The paper application for admission to the practice of law in Wisconsin through Diploma Privilege for 2016 graduates is now available at http://www.wicourts.gov/services/attorney/bardiploma.htm
The e-app is not yet available; according to the BBE "we anticipate making the e-app available sometime soon, but for the time being, folks that wish to file now can use the paper application."
