If you have completed the Upper Level Writing Requirement, please submit the Upper Level Writing Requirement form if you haven’t already done so. Per Law School Rule 3.11.1, J.D. candidates have an “Upper-level Writing Requirement” and are required to complete one rigorous writing experience subsequent to the completion of the First-Year Program. For more information, please see Read This First Student Handbook 4.4.2. If you are unsure whether you have fulfilled this requirement, click on the online form link (you must be logged in under your NetID.) If you see the questionnaire then there’s nothing on file for you and you should fill it out. If you have a submission on file (option 1 or option 2) then you see the message: “Our records indicate that you have already submitted a response to this questionnaire.”
