Emily Capodarco
The Wisconsin International Law Journal has named University of Wisconsin Law School student Emily Capodarco as editor-in-chief for 2019-20. She replaces outgoing editor-in-chief Joe Malone.
The student-run journal, established in 1982, features articles by law students and professionals in the field of international law. Journal staff publish three or four editions each year and host an annual symposium. This year's symposium, "Lawyers and Lawyering in China and Russia: Common Challenges," explored the role of lawyers under authoritarianism.
These students will join Capodarco on the WILJ senior editorial board for 2019-20:
- Amy Harriman, senior note and comment editor
- Farah Famouri and Robert Ling III, senior articles editors
- Mason Baranczyk, Conor Cannon and Keegan Madden, senior managing editors
- Nina Neff, senior program editor
- Kimberly Sweatt, senior business editor
