Benjamin Mandelman is Officer In Charge of Subregion 30 of the National Labor Relations Board (Board). He began his career with the Board in 1973 and served as a trial specialist, involved in complex labor law litigation, until September 1999. Since 1999 he has served in various supervisory positions, including Deputy Regional Attorney and Deputy Regional Director. He was appointed Officer In Charge of Subregion 30 in September 2013. He currently supervises the Subregion in all areas of investigation and litigation. Additionally, he was a past board member, officer, and chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section, State Bar of Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and has regularly taught Labor Law at the Law School.
