Biography

Shubha Ghosh is a Professor of Law at The University of Wisconsin Law School, Honorary Fellow, and Associate Director at INSITE. His scholarship and teaching are in the areas of intellectual property theory and policy, competition policy, legal theory, and institutional analysis of markets and legal institutions.
