Biography
Leonard Sosnowski is of counsel to Foley and Lardner LLP, having retired after 32 years of practicing tax law. He specialized in federal and state income taxation and tax litigation.
Mr. Sosnowski was heavily involved in drafting Wisconsin's LLC & LLP Acts. He has long been involved in ABA and Wisconsin Tax Section committees. Until retirement, he was listed in The Best Lawyers in America since the publication's inception.
Mr. Sosnowski has lectured frequently on tax subjects throughout the country, and is the author or co-author of various articles and books on tax subjects. He previously taught tax law at the University of Wisconsin Law School from 1976 to 1981.
