Biography

Peter Davis was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin. He received his B.A. from Oberlin College in 1972, and his J.D. from the UW Law School in 1975. He has been a mediator, arbitrator, and hearing examiner for the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission (1975-present), and General Counsel for the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission (1981-present). He has been a lecturer in Public Sector Labor Law since 1999.
