Biography

Paul Kent is an attorney with Stafford Rosenbaum LLP. His practice focuses on environmental regulatory matters including water, wastewater, wetlands, site remediation and tribal law issues for businesses, individuals and municipal clients.

Mr. Kent has argued cases before the Wisconsin and United States Supreme Courts and is a registered lobbyist for clients before the Wisconsin legislature and state agencies. He has co-taught the environmental law course at the University of Wisconsin Law School since 1989.

Mr. Kent has authored several books on environmental law, the most recent of which is Wisconsin Water Law in the 21st Century (Lake Mendota Publishing 2013) www.WisconsinWaterLaw.com
