Biography

Richard A. Lehmann is a partner with the Boardman Law Firm in Madison. His work concentrates on land use planning and land use regulation, representing mostly public entities. He advises the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Planning Association and is a member of the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Association nationally.
