Biography

S. Richard Heymann practiced business law for 29 years, as a partner with Bryan Cave in St. Louis and, subsequently, as a partner at Foley & Lardner in Madison.

Mr. Heymann has lectured widely on a variety of legal and business topics in both the United States and Canada and has written a number of books and articles. He clerked for the Supreme Court of Minnesota and is listed in Who's Who in America and The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. Heymann is a fellow of the Center for Urban Land Economics at the UW School of Business and the UW's Gaylord Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies.
