A party may file with the Supreme Court a petition to review an adverse decision by the Court of Appeals. See § 808.10 and Rule 809.62, Stats.

1 Wille also argues that since Milbach did not investigate further to determine whether his vehicle was truly inoperable, probable cause did not exist to support the arrest. But even if Milbach had done so and established that the vehicle was then inoperable, such would not have eliminated the legitimate probable cause to believe that Wille had operated the vehicle to the location where Milbach found it.
