the consumer perspective in health care and building more effective partnerships
among patients, providers, and other stakeholders.
Continuing Legal
Education and Outreach (CLEW)
CLEW provides continuing education and public service on matters relating
to law, including the providing of programs and publications both to lawyers
and to non-lawyers with an interest in law-related topics.
East Asian
Legal Studies Center
The East Asian Legal Studies Center was established to formalize and increase
the Law School's academic interaction with universities, government ministries,
and the private sector in East and Southeast Asia.
Frank J. Remington
Center
The Frank J. Remington Center is a law-in-action program of the Law School
made up of several clinical projects dedicated to teaching, service, and
research in criminal justice.
Global Legal Studies Center
The Global Legal Studies Center's goal is to support research in international legal studies, organize workshops and conferences, expand connections with scholars and institutions in the U.S. and overseas, deepen links with the International Institute and other international programs on campus, and share expertise.
Great Lakes
Indian Law Center
The GLILC was established to provide legal assistance and research for
Indian tribes within Wisconsin. The GLILC's main focus is educational,
although it has served as a legal resource for area Tribes on a variety
of subjects.

Legal Studies (ILS)
ILS is known as one of the outstanding sources of interdisciplinary research
on the impact of law in society.
Resource Center
on Impaired Driving
The Resource Center is designed to provide a wide range of alcohol-related
data and legal information on impaired driving issues to judges, prosecutors,
defense attorneys, law enforcement agencies, legislators, educators, and
citizens.
