Course Description

Institutional background of real property; economics of urbanization, supply and demand; building industry, real estate credit, cyclical fluctuation, rents and prices, real estate market analysis; city growth, structure and planning, land use control, urban redevelopment and real estate investment analysis.  Required for the Real Estate Curricular Concentration and a pre-requisite for the Residential Property Development and Commercial Property Development electives in the Concentration.
