The National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) is inviting submissions to its 2014 Selma Moidel Smith Law Student Writing Competition. Essays concerning women’s rights or the status of women in the law are accepted from students enrolled at any law school during the 2013-2014 academic year. The author of the winning essay will receive a cash prize of $500 and the essay will be published in the Fall 2014 issue of NAWL’s Women Lawyers Journal.
