Professor Kate Andrias, University of Michigan Law School, presents "Democracy All the Way Down (or the Missing Law of Mass Membership Organizations)." Hosted by Professor Rob Yablon, the event is part of the Law & Society Speaker Series organized by the Institute for Legal Studies.

Professor Andrias teaches and writes in the fields of constitutional law, labor law and administrative law. Her current research focuses on the relationship between these areas of law and problems of economic inequality, and on questions of democratic governance.
