In the spring of 2008, law students MacKenzie Bishop and Rebecca Kratz conducted an online survey of prosecution diversion practices in Wisconsin.  The report linked below is a summary of their findings, information of particular interest today as communities look to cost effective alternatives to formal processes to address their public safety interests.
