Andrew W. Erlandson is a partner with Hurley, Burish & Stanton, S.C., with over fifteen years of experience focused in commercial litigation. Mr. Erlandson has appeared before the Wisconsin Appellate and Supreme Courts, the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit of the United States, and handles all varieties of commercial disputes. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, and has spoken and written on a variety of topics during his career, including intellectual property, non-competition agreements, "business divorce," loss prevention, subrogation issues, and Indian law.

Mr. Erlandson is a 1997 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, and a member of the Wisconsin and American Bar Associations.
