Arti Walker-Peddakotla (2024-2026)

Arti Walker-Peddakotla is a current William H. Hastie Fellow at University of Wisconsin Law School. Her research focuses on the role of the state in prison industrial complex abolition. She earned a J.D. in 2024 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she co-created and co-taught the LAW156: Abolition and Movement Lawyering course. She also earned a master’s degree in microbiology and immunology at Loyola in 2012 and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Grand Valley State University in 2008.

Torey Dolan (2023-2025)

Torey Dolan is a current William H. Hastie Fellow at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Her scholarship focuses on Tribal Nations, Democracy, and American Indian self-determination and political actualization in the intersections of Federal Indian Law and Election Law. She has co-authored a piece for the Boston University Law Review and has a forthcoming piece on Indian Citizenship and the Indian Franchise in the University of Idaho Law Review.
