Mark Sidel spoke for the Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at City University of New York, and for the Charity Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (CLAANZ) on the new US administration's moves to restrict and defund foreign assistance and nonprofit organizations, on March 24 and 25, 2025.
David Schwartz published "An Ugly Common Ancestor: Dred Scott, Roe, And Enumerationism" was accepted for publication by the Utah Law Review, to be published in Fall 2025.
