2008 Town Lawyers Conference
The topics for the 2008 Town Lawyers Conference, such as video
franchising and rights-of-way, conditional uses, municipal courts,
liabilities, police power, and dispute resolution of boundary disputes
were selected to deal with issues of immediate importance to lawyers
and officials representing Wisconsin local governments. The
presentations will emphasize town government law, but the material
presented and the practical solutions suggested for resolving problems
will be useful to representatives of all governmental units.
