Fall 2009 Take-Home Exams (revised 11/23/09)
Fall 2009 TAKE-HOME
EXAMS: 24 HOURS
(*Note: some may have different available pickup dates)
Exam4 software may not be used. Take-home exams
are available for students to pick up from, and return
to, the Main Office Rm. 5110 during the
entire exam period (that is, between 7:45 AM and 4:30 PM,
Sunday, Dec. 6 through Monday, Dec. 21, 2009 including
the weekends of December 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20 from 7:45
am to 4:30 PM.
Important: Students must print out
their own hard copy of their exam answer and submit it
along with the exam copy itself, and the non-collaboration sheet to
the Main Office by 4:30 PM.
Note: Prof. Greene's take-home exam has a
different date available for pick-up.

753-001 Intro to Intellectual Property (Ghosh) (38 students) Exam4 secure exam software may not be used for any take-home exams. This take home exam will be distributed in class on Wednesday, November 18 and must be returned to the Main Office, Rm. 5110 by Monday, December 21, 2009 no later than 4:30 PM. The Main Office, Rm. 5110, is open 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, seven days a week during the exam period (Dec. 6 to Dec. 21). Students must print out TWO hard copies of their exam answers and submit both of them to the Main Office along with the exam itself and the signed non-collaboration statement.
744-001 Administrative Law (Tai) (59 students) take-home exam 8.3 HOURS (the 8 hours and 15 minutes includes 15 minutes to find a location and to print the exam out). Exam4 software may not be used. Students pick up from, and return to, the Main Office, Room 5110 during the exam period between Sunday, Dec. 6 through Monday, Dec. 21, 2009 including the weekends of December 12, 13, 19 & 20. Students must pick it up between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM (per the instructor), find a place, do it, print it, and return it no later than 4:30 PM to the Main Office. The extra 15 minutes is for students to find a place to take the exam, you may NOT use this extra time to work on the exam. Students MUST PRINT OUT THEIR OWN HARD COPY of their exam answer and submit it along with the take-home exam copy itself, and the non-collaboration sheet to the Main Office by 4:30 PM. Students may NOT use Rm. 3261 or Rm. 3268 as they are reserved during the week from 8 am to 5 pm.
NOTE: Only on Friday, DEC. 18 will Room 5229 be available as a WORK ROOM (from 8:00am - 4:15 pm) so the students have time to get the exam, do the take-home exam, print it out and submit everything to the Main Office by 4:30 PM. Last date & time to pick this up from the Main Office is Monday, Dec. 21 between 7:45 am and 8:00am. If anyone picks it up after 8:15 am, they won't have the full 8 hours to work on the exam.
