Topics include legal issues relating to such matters as capacity, guardianship, powers of attorney, Medicare, Medicaid (Medical Assistance), the protective services system, tax law as it applies to the elderly population, questions relating to options for long term care, and the practical aspects of providing legal services to elderly persons.
