Bloomberg Law has several impressive collections of ebooks by different publishers such as the American Bar Association, Bloomberg BNA, Practising Law Institute, and Wiley Press.  You can browse the "Books & Treatises" section of Bloomberg Law by the following practice areas:

Those of you taking Introduction to Intellectual Property 753 or Patent Law 751 this semester might be interested in some of the titles the Practising Law Institute has to offer in the Intellectual Property law practice area.  Please take a moment to review the list of fine titles below.

Patent Law: A Practitioner’s Guide, for example, offers a solid working knowledge of the legal framework governing patents.  Some of the important topics covered are: 1) recent developments under the America Invents Act (AIA); 2) review of the four-step test used by courts to determine an invention's patentability; 3) various tests used to indicate direct infringement and other patent violations; and 4) drafting techniques used to prepare documents such as specifications and claims.

Another publisher offering a strong collection of IP titles is Bloomberg BNA (see sidebar above).  Some of the titles available are Patent Law and Practice, Intellectual Property Law in Cyberspace, and Patents After the AIA: Evolving Law & Practice to mention a few.

This is just the tip of the iceberg.  Bloomberg Law has some 600 titles available as ebooks in the practice areas outlined above.  Take a moment to find out more today.
