Peter Carstensen, the George H. Young-Bascom Professor at the UW Law School, was interviewed for an article in the June 26, 2010 issue of The Economist.  In the article, titled Slaughterhouse Rules: A Fight Looms over Regulations for America's Meatpackers, Prof. Carstensen says that proposed regulations would lead to greater transparency in agricultural markets.
