Biography

Caitlin Madden is currently Deputy Legal Counsel, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. Prior to that, she was an attorney at Hawks Quindel, S.C. in Madison, where her practice focused on wage and hour law, general employment litigation, and employment discrimination. In this role, she that represented individual employees and classes of employees in administrative agencies, trial courts, and at the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Caitlin received her undergraduate degree from Marquette University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender and Society.

She is a licensed member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and serves on the boards for the State Bar’s Labor and Employment Section and the Western District Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Employment Lawyer’s Association and the Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Association.
