Biography

Zoe Engberg is a Clinical Teaching Fellow at the Frank J. Remington Center, where she co-teaches the Second Look Advocacy Clinic and works alongside students to represent incarcerated clients serving excessive sentences. Prior to joining the Law School, Zoe was a trial attorney at the Bronx Defenders, a public defender's office committed to an innovative model of holistic representation. She graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was awarded the Root-Tilden-Kern public interest scholarship. Before law school, Zoe was an investigator at the Orleans Public Defenders Office and worked to establish the office's capital defense practice.
