Event Description

Foreign Language and Area Studies fellowships are funded by the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the UW's National Resource Centers to assist students in acquiring foreign language and either area or international studies competencies. A number of UW Law students have received FLAS awards and used six credits of foreign language study toward their law degree.

Information sessions regarding the FLAS award will be held:

Dec. 3 at 3 p.m.
Dec. 9 at 5 p.m.
Jan. 19 at 2 p.m.
Feb. 1 at 4 p.m.
