The Law Student Wellness Coalition, the Student Bar Association and the Law School are hosting a number of wellness events on National Mental Health Day for Law Schools, October 10.

Noon-1 p.m., Room 3253
Hear David Kowalski, a local attorney who specializes in family law, speak about the importance of mental health, wellness and balance as a law student and as an attorney. Lunch will be provided. Questions to Emily Hicks, ejhicks@wisc.edu.

2:15-3:45 p.m., Atrium

Afternoon Break with Dean Kite and the Faculty Committee on Student Wellness. Stop by for hot cocoa, tea, and snacks.

5 p.m., Lubar Commons

Free Yoga Class! A few mats will be available. Bring your own, if you can.

7 p.m., Lubar Commons
 Robert McGrath is a licensed psychologist providing Mind/Body Wellness Services at University Health Services. He will discuss a range of strategies you can use to increase your resilience during times when the stress level in your life rises. Pizza will be served.
