This year, we will again be implementing online reservations for the portrait sittings, in an effort to cut down on the long lines of students waiting to have their pictures taken. A representative from the Career Services Office will also be on hand to conduct a very brief exit interview with each December graduate. This meeting is designed to ensure that we have post-graduation contact information for each of you, and to find out whether you have already accepted a job for after graduation or whether you are seeking assistance in your job search.

*Advance reservations required for portrait sittings:
*You must sign up in advance ONLINE for a ½ hour
session. There will be several students signing up for the same ½
hour session. The individual portrait sittings will be taken on a
first-come first-serve basis within the ½ hour session. This is the link to
the online reservations. wisconsinlawalumni.com We will try very hard to keep on schedule,
however, I strongly recommend that you do allow time at the end of your
session, in the event the ½ hour block runs long.
Changing a session, after you have reserved online:
* Contact Kimberly Frank in Room 2320 or at email@example.com to change your time.
*Canceling your session:* If you must cancel your session,
please notify Kim at firstname.lastname@example.org
so that your spot can be filled by another person.
*Selecting your photo for the Graduate Photo Gallery on the
2nd floor of the Law Library*: You will have the opportunity to select the
photo you wish used for the photo gallery after your portrait sitting.
*Ordering additional photos:* You
may order additional photographs directly from the photographer. Proofs will be sent by mail or email to you,
so please fill out the forms given to you at your sitting completely.
* Submitting your Own Photo for the Gallery: *We will
accept photographs taken by a photographer of your choice, however we must
receive the photograph by July 1, 2009.
We can not guarantee inclusion of any photographs received after July 1, 2009.
