The UW Law School participates in three off-campus recruiting programs in order to give students increased access to a broad range of employers and to accommodate employers who are unable to participate in our on-campus interviews. The off-campus recruiting programs supplement the traditional on-campus interview program held at the Law School in August and September of each year. Three of those programs are the New York/Northeast Off-Campus Recruitment Program; the Washington, D.C. Off Campus Recruitment Program; and the West Coast Off-Campus Recruitment Program. The West Coast Program is scheduled for August 15 in Los Angeles; the Washington D.C. program is scheduled for August 20 in D.C.; and the New York/Northeast program is scheduled for August 22 in New York City. We participate in these recruiting programs along with other law schools, including the University of Minnesota Law School and the University of Iowa Law School. If you think you MIGHT want to participate in any of these programs, please come to the Career Services Office to pick up one of the light blue registration forms and the related informational packet. Please return your completed registration form to the Career Services Office by noon on April 9, 2008. Registering does not obligate you to participate in any of these programs -- it merely gives you the RIGHT to do so, and will put you on the list of students who will continue to receive information about the programs.
