Darian Ibrahim was quoted in a Financial Times story about the emergence of secondary markets for private start-up stock. Ibrahim told the Financial Times that for these secondary markets to work, it is essential that the start-up companies involved share certain information about themselves.

Professor Ibrahim recently posted his article about such secondary markets, "The New Exit in Venture Capital," on SSRN. The paper is the first to explore the new secondary markets that are emerging for the sale of private start-up stock and limited partnership interests in venture capital funds.
