No Death Penalty in Wisconsin Panel

Wednesday, Oct 25 at 6pm in the Wisconsin State Historical Society Auditorium Panelists will discuss a range of issues--such as racial bias, mental health, wrongful convictions, and the DNA clause--that relate to the death penalty referendum that will be on Wisconsin's Nov. 7 ballot. Panelists include Vickie Panetti, sister of death row inmate Scott Panetti, Juan Melendez, exonerated from Florida's death row, Robbie Lowery of the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and former Illinois Prosecutor Cynthia Hirsch.
