Atty. Soffer will be telling the stroy of the Israeli Supreme Court's revolution: how it has changed the balance of power in Israeli government, developed a bill of rights where there was none before, and stepped directly into Israel's eternal fray over religious powers and freedoms -- all without a written constitution.
