The Wisconsin Governor's Commission on the United Nations, with sponsorship from the United Nations Association, Wisconsin Division, American Civil Liberties Union, American Constitution Society, Amnesty International, the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin and Students for a Free Tibet present a forum on the Human Rights Conventions and Enforcement and the Role of the United State and Nongovernmental Organizations in promoting international human rights.
